Thomas D. Allison, Esq., DPA

President and Founder

Thomas is an assistant professor in the Legal Studies Department at the University of La Verne.  Thomas is a licensed attorney in five states. Thomas also has both a master’s and doctorate degrees in public administration. Thomas combines his education in business, law, and administration with professional trainings in Lean Six Sigma and Agile (Scrum). Thomas is a certified personal trainer, holistic nutritionist, group fitness instructor, and health coach.  Thomas seeks to make a national impact by constructing a model that works in every local community that can then be provided to communities throughout the nation.  Thomas is a proud father of two beautiful children and husband. As Thomas says, “if it is not impossible, I’m not interested.”


Brittany M. Allison

Vice President and Co-Founder

Brittany graduated top of her college from the University of La Verne and went on to work for Western Christian High School as a teacher, while pursuing her masters in education. As a teacher, Brittany founded the school’s debate program and advised its honors and leadership programs. After teaching Brittany helped co-found Social Justice Advocacy Project, Inc. where she has managed operations. She has guest lectured at the University of La Verne, is raising two powerful young children, and seeks to pursue partnership and collaboration in every aspect of her work.
