Creative Writing Institute

The Creative Writing Institute at the Center for Black Culture & Excellence teaches, trains, and elevates creative writing in the Black community. Brilliant Black minds are often left out of the market place. Poetry and spoken word are some of the best forms of expression embraced by the Black community. The Creative Writing Institute not only trains writers, but creates a place for publishing, presentations, and conferences.
