We have a broad mission of community empowerment.
In order to execute strategically on our mission, we systemically plan our approach and programs based on established best practices and innovative methods. Our three systematic approaches to establish community empowerment are summarized below.
A Strategic Approach to Change
Community Advocacy, Rally, and Education (CARE)
We collaborate with private, nonprofit, and public organizations to conduct advocacy in, rally on behalf of, and educate, the community. These programs are positive, constructive opportunities for members of the community to engage for the purposes of developing better understanding of various issues and how they relate to one another.
Legal Empowerment and Advocacy Program (LEAP)
We provide pro bono domestic violence, family law, record clean-up, and bankruptcy legal clinics. These programs are supported by the services of our staff attorneys and individuals who volunteer to provide support.
Stakeholder Engagement, Education, and Development (SEED)
We build relationships, in order to build bridges. By developing a unified vision alongside our community partners to fill in the gaps, we are able to provide dynamic community empowerment programs.
