This Spring marks the conclusion of a three-year term in leading a university’s faculty through its diversity efforts.

SJAP President, Thomas Allison, was invited to facilitate and keynote a community-based discussion on diversity, equity, inclusion, microaggressions, and community values.

SJAP was hired by a local NAACP branch to facilitate a training on authentic and servant leadership for the branch’s leadership. This is one of several organizational trainings SJAP provides.
